Ernie (Erminia) is BMO’s North American Personal and Business Banking Group Head, in charge of the Bank’s North American Retail Payments division. Ernie leads a team of 13,000 workers servicing over 9 million individual and commercial clients. As part of BMO’s growth strategy, Ernie leverages her passion for excellent customer service and track record of innovating and producing sustainable profit growth in a constantly changing market. Before joining BMO in 2012, Ernie was EVP of Customer Strategy and integration at Fidelity Investments and held senior positions at CIBS.
