Jill is the President and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond, a $350 million asset community bank. Jill is very engaged in the industry representing the 10th Federal Reserve District on the 12-member Federal Advisory Council and sits on a broad cross-section of boards, including the YMCA, Oklahoma Hall of Fame, Castle Creek Capital, and Port Authority Oklahoma City, and MetaFund CDFI.
Jill is also on industry trade association boards, the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma, and the American Bankers Association’s Venture Investment Committee. In addition, Jill’s experience includes the U.S. Army, the Oklahoma Army National Guard, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Jill has a master’s degree in economics from O.U. and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Hawaii Pacific University. She also studied at the Wharton School and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
