Kercedric is an EVP and Group Head of Corporate and Commercial Bank Customer Service and Support for U.S. Bank. Kercedric joined U.S. Bank in 1988 and has steadily progressed to her current role. At U.S. Bank, she has been recognized for her superior leadership and performance as head of customer care and support for Corporate & Commercial Banking. Since Kercedric’s first role with U.S. Bank, she has developed strong loyalty and longevity within the management teams she has overseen. She is presently the leader of various organization that spans Thirty-three locations throughout the country and employs numerous staff members.
