Jennifer is an EVP Chief Administrative Officer for the Bank of Sierra, a position she has held since she joined the Bank in February 2020. Before joining the Bank of Sierra, Jennifer lived in Wichita, Kansas, most recently associated with Equity Bank as an EVP Chief Services Officer. Other roles at Equity Bank during her eight-year tenure included Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer. Before Equity Bank, Jennifer spent thirteen years, from 1999 to 2012, working at Sunflower Bank as the CIO.
