Jennifer is an EVP running the Business Operations & Strategy for California Bank and Trust. Enjoying over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Jennifer has designed and implemented development plans for commercial bank sales and services. Her peers and company recognize Jennifer as a leadership expert with a track record of maximizing business team productivity, decision-making, and strategic-imperative implementation via open dialogue and teamwork. Jennifer started as a utility worker at the Bank back when it was called Grossmont Bank and has since held increasing responsibility, including advisor to branch managers, manager of bank operations, manager of customer solutions and support, and manager of business operations and planning. Additionally, she oversees the company’s product rollout, communications, customer and employee experience, and hiring and retention. Jennifer is a member of the ZLAC Foundation board of directors and a San Diego State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
