Loise is the President and CEO of First Northern Bank and the Treasurer for the American Bankers Association, a federal advocacy trade association. Louise has worked in several capacities throughout her career, including managing Operations and Data Processing and supervising Human Resources, Risk Management, Compliance, Accounting, and Finance. In addition, Louise served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 14 years before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Louise joined First Northern in1979 and has held senior management positions consistently since 1989.
