Karen is an SVP Team Lead for First Bank in the San Fernando Valley area. In this capacity, Karen leads a team of relationship bankers cultivating and servicing bank clientele. Karen excels in constructing a portfolio of diverse, high-value clients for the Bank blending her knowledge and expertise in treasury management and commercial and asset-based finance. Karen’s other responsibilities include recruiting Relationship Managers and developing their skill set via ongoing supervision. Her primary emphasis is on the production of new business. She is also responsible for supervising the visits of prospects, clients, and referral sources on behalf of the whole team.
