Michele is the President of the Western Region at Northern Trust and brings with her more than twenty years of expertise in the field of asset management. Michelle began working at Northern Trust as a portfolio manager in 2000 and held several positions until being promoted to President of the Pacific Northwest region in 2009. After serving in this role for over a decade, Michelle was appointed President of the entire Western Region in 2019. Havens is responsible for managing the wealth management division of the corporation from Washington to Texas, and she works with high-net-worth families and the charitable organizations they run.
