Gretchen is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Pacific Coast Banking School. Gretchen joined PCBS in 2013, serving initially as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2016, Gretchen was promoted to President, and in April 2018 became the CEO. Before joining PCBS, Gretchen worked for Ernst & Young as a certified public accountant. She focused on the public and private sectors, ultimately becoming an authority on small business financial management and assisting privately held companies to go public. She has an exceptional record of aiding organizations in strengthening and optimizing their management systems and business practices. Gretchen spent her first two years of higher study at Duke University before transferring to the University of Washington, home to PCBS.
