Lisa is the Chief Risk Officer, Executive Vice President at Columbia Banking System, Inc., and a Founding Member of Empower Women & Girls. Since 2013, Lisa has been Columbia Bank’s Senior Credit Administrator. In this position, Lisa served on several management committees and was responsible for the credit approval of a $2 billion portfolio of commercial and agricultural loans.
Before joining Columbia Bank, Lisa supervised Special Assets, OREO, Real Estate Services, Loan Policy, and Concentration Reporting as Senior Vice President, Regional Credit Administrator & Credit Services Manager for West Coast Bank. Lisa has previously worked in the banking industry, primarily in loan and relationship management roles at Bank of Vancouver and Bank of America.
Lisa earned her BA in Economics and International Business from the University of Puget Sound and her MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
