Angela is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of National Bank Holdings Corp, a Bank holding company. The Company is a Bank holding company for NHB Bank, a single state-chartered bank doing business under various brand names and divisions of NBH Bank: in Colorado, Community Banks of Colorado and Community Banks Mortgage; in Kansas and Missouri, Bank Midwest and Bank Midwest Mortgage; in Utah, Texas, New Mexico and Idaho, Hillcrest Bank and Hillcrest Bank Mortgage; and in Wyoming, Bank of Jackson Hole and Bank of Jackson Hole Mortgage. In addition, National Bank holdings also operates separately chartered, The Bank of Jackson Hole Trust.
Angela has been at the holding Company since July 2020, where she is responsible for legislation, regulation, anti-money laundering, and human resources. In addition, Angela continues to be associated with the company subsidiary, NHB Bank. At NHB, Angela is a member of NBH Bank’s board of directors and serves as CAO and General Counsel of NBH Bank. She joined NBH in 2015 as Associate General Counsel and has served as the General Counsel of NBH Bank since 2017. Before joining NBH, Angela was in-house counsel at Accenture, overseeing corporate governance and securities matters. Before that, she was an associate at Chapman and Cutler LLP law firm in Chicago, IL.
