Dafna was recruited to Cross River to assume the role of Chief Risk Officer. Cross River is a rapidly growing bank providing innovative and scalable technology infrastructure for embedded payments, card, lending, and crypto solutions. Before joining Cross River, Dafna was the chief risk officer for Leumi’s U.S. branch system. Previously, she worked in various leadership roles at the Leumi Group, Israel’s oldest banking institution and one of the region’s major financial institutions. Dothan graduated from Tel Aviv University with a master’s degree in business administration. Currently, Dafna serves as a board member of the National School Climate Center, a non-profit organization at Columbia University that supports learning environments that foster all children’s social, emotional, civic, and intellectual growth.
