Kelly is the CEO of City National Bank, a $91 billion bank with 71 locations spread over six states and Washington, D.C. The Royal Bank of Canada owns the Bank. Before joining City National as its fourth CEO, Kelly led JPMorgan’s U.S. Private Bank and spent over 20 years with the firm’s investment bank leading diversified industrial investment banking, equity, foreign currency, interest rate derivatives, and North American corporate finance. Kelly started her career in M&A and worked for six years in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In addition, she headed J.P. Morgan’s North American Reputation Risk Committee and Women’s Network. Kelly has a B.A. in international affairs and French from Lafayette College and an MSFS from Georgetown University, focusing on international business. Currently, Kelly chairs the Marymount School of New York’s board of trustees, and the Central Park Conservancy’s Knowledge Is Power Program.
