Lakhwinder is an SVP Sacramento Valley Market President for Five Star Bank. Before joining Five Star, Lakhwinder most recently was a Vice President, Business Banking Manager at California Bank & Trust, overseeing a staff of relationship managers and business bankers. Lakhwinder earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Computer Science from Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya (HMV) College in Punjab, India. Earlier in 2022, Lakhwinder was recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 Young Professional.
