Andrea is the former Chief Administrative Officer of Bank of America, serving as a member of the company’s top management team for over a decade. Andrea previously oversaw Global Human Resources, responsible for over 285,000 workers worldwide. While at B of A, Andrea overhauled the capital planning process (CCAR) and increased dividends and share buybacks. In addition, her company-wide operational optimization initiatives saved billions of dollars. Andrea oversaw the company’s brand strategy, marketing, data/analytics, media, and communications. The role of CAO also put her in charge of global business continuity and integration throughout Bank of America’s 91 U.S. local markets, and a $5 billion real estate portfolio spread over 40 nations. Andrea is currently an active director of the Hospital Corporation of America, HCA.
