Debra is an executive vice president and chief retail banking officer for the Washington Trust Company. Debra is in charge of the Bank’s retail branch locations, the customer solutions center, online services, retail sales, service delivery system, and branch administration. Before, Debra worked at Citizens Bank in Rhode Island, where she was Retail Director, overseeing a network of 54 branches.
Debra has attended various leadership, sales, customer service, and marketing management courses throughout her professional life, including the Advanced Leadership Development Program at Babson College. She is a resident of Rhode Island and works as a volunteer for the MentorRI organization, where she chairs the organization’s largest fundraiser (“Dancing with the Stars of Mentoring”) and acts as the Event Chair for the Domestic Violence Resource Center of South County.
