Jennifer co-leads the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) of JPMorgan while serving on the Bank’s operating committee. CCB provides services to more than 60 million American homes and 4 million small companies, where Jennifer is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the unit, including its wealth management divisions. Jennifer has worked at JPMorgan for over 27 years holding key leadership positions such as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. Jennifer was also formerly the CEO of Card Services and Business Banking and the CFO of Mortgage Banking at CCB.
