Ann is the President and CEO of American Savings Bank (ASB). She joined the Bank in 2007 as SVP Chief Bank Regulatory and Compliance Officer. Since joining ASB, Ann has held many positions, including SVP – Director of Consumer Credit Management, SVP – Director of Retail Credit Management, and SVP – Customer Experience. Before joining ASB, Ann was VP of Legal Counsel for Central Pacific Bank. At ASB, Ann has been an integral part of the process by which ASB shifted its focus from more conventional branch-centric operations to online and other self-service alternatives. In addition to her other managerial duties at ASB, Ann was in charge of creating a company-wide compliance program and directing strategic efforts to improve ASB’s level of customer service. Ann also led the retail credit team to best-in-class fulfillment times for auto loans. Ann is also volunteering in the community with the Young Professionals Mentor Hawaii program run by the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii as an executive mentor.
