Danna is an EVP, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer for Endeavor Bank. Endeavor is a relatively new San Diego-based Bank that opened for business in January 2018. Danna has a deep history of success in the community banking business working in banking, finance, and the oversight of financial institutions for over 22 years. Danna is an accomplished leader and team builder with expertise in banking, finance, IT management, strategic planning, and more. Before joining Endeavor Bank, Dana worked at San Juan Capistrano-based Capital Bank from its 2008 inception until its sale to Seacoast Commerce Bank in 2012. At Capital Bank, she held the posts of Risk Management Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. In addition, she was Chief Financial Officer at two other San Diego-based banks before joining Capital Bank: San Diego Trust Bank and Southwest Community Bank.
