Jane is the CEO of one of Citibank’s largest banks. Citigroup, the parent company, serves millions of customers in 160 countries and jurisdictions. Jane is the firm’s first female CEO possessing extensive knowledge of Citi’s consumer and institutional operations, where she previously served as CEO of the global consumer bank. In the consumer bank, Jane oversaw retail banking, wealth management, credit cards, mortgage, operations, and technology in 19 regions in her prior capacity. From 2015 until 2019, she led Citigroup Latin America, and before that, Jane led the U.S. Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage from 2013 to 2015. In addition, Jane was CEO of Citi’s Global Private Bank from 2009 until 2013. From 2007 until 2009, Jane was Citi’s global head of strategy and M&A. She joined Citi in 2004.
