Jill is an SVP – Human Resources Director at First Federal in McMinnville, Oregon, and a second-generation banker following her mother into the industry. She has spent nearly four decades in financial services, starting as a teller in a small community bank. Jill’s banking career has primarily been in the human resource area, where she has over thirty-plus years of experience. In addition to her role at the Bank, Jill actively supports the industry and immerses herself in the community. She is a busy volunteer banker with the Oregon Bankers Association serving on the OBA Government Relations Committee and Human Resources Committee. Finally, Jill is also involved with the national and state SHRM Organizations.
