Jill assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Banner Bank on November 1, 2020. Jill has been active in various leadership roles since joining Banner Bank in 2002. Jill first served as a Regional Credit Risk Manager and then as a Senior Credit Officer. Since 2008, Jill has headed commercial banking credit, and upon her promotion to EVP Chief Credit Officer, she became the Chair of the Credit Policy Committee and a Disclosure Committee member. Before, Jill was an FDIC Senior Bank Examiner with over 30 years of credit experience. Jill obtained the RMA Credit Risk Certification in 2009, her bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University, and is a Pacific Coast Banking School graduate.
