Karen is the PNC Financial Services Group’s executive vice president and chief customer officer overseeing PNC’s consumer business and marketing operations. Her previous roles at PNC included chief marketing officer and executive vice president for business banking, where she handled strategic planning, marketing, and product management and development. In addition, she led treasury and small business sales teams throughout PNC’s regions. Before joining PNC, Karen worked at Ernst & Young and Mellon Bank.
