Karen was most recently the Independent Community Bankers of America, executive vice president for government relations and public policy. During her tenure at the ICBA, she worked closely with the senior management team to help create the association’s policy agenda. Karen spent nearly 30 years with the ICBA learning financial services law and bank law from the ground up. Before joining the ICBA, Karen was a partner at h Dann & Thomas, a Washington, D.C.-based law firm she co-founded.
