Kate is a Senior EVP and the Head of Regions – Consumer Bank. Kate joined Regions Bank in 2015 and has held numerous high-level positions, including EVP – Wealth Management Strategy, EVP – Head of Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Development, EVP – Head of Enterprise Strategy and Head of Consumer Development, and Chief Strategy and Client Experience Officer. Recently Kate was elected to serve in the role of co-chair Regions Financial initiative to help the underbanked. Kate to the role to hear and decided to experience life without a banking connection. She also enlisted the assistance of the non-profit Financial Health Network to put the bank employees of Regions in the position of the underserved. The experiment prompted Regions to make some price adjustments to their financial services targeting low to moderate-income or non-banked customers.
