Kate is the Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer at U.S. Bank. Before her tenure at U.S. Bank, Kate had led strategy and reputation for numerous Fortune 100 firms, effectively altering and growing brands, reputations, and cultures. Kate heads U.S. Bancorp’s system, reputation, and digital transformation activities. In addition, she leads over 2,000 workers and controls corporate strategy, marketing, and communications as the Vice Chairman and CAO. Kate joined the company’s Managing Committee in 2015 and helped portray U.S. Bank as one of the world’s most ethical organizations.
