Kim is an EVP – Chief Operating Officer for WaFed Bank and a Member of the Executive Management Committee for the Bank. Kim is a long-tenured employee joining WaFed in August 2008. During her career at WaFed, Kim transitioned into various support functions, including acquisition integration and creating the company’s first call center. Kim also played a key role in successfully upgrading a new core banking platform. Before joining WaFed, Susan was a Financial Services Area Manager for Horizon Bank. At Horizon Bank, Susan reported to the President and was responsible for strategically positioning the multi-channel program distribution of financial services products for the Bank.
