LaVon is an SVP and Director of Treasury Management and Marketing for Citizens Business Bank. With more than 40 years of financial services experience, she began her banking career with Crocker National Bank and later joined Wells Fargo Bank as a Personal Banking Officer. LaVon was a Branch Manager for 15 years in five different branch locations for Wells before moving to Citizens Business Bank. LaVon now manages Treasury Management Sales, Bankcard Sales, Deposit Services, Product & Sales Support, and Marketing departments in her capacity as SVP and Director of Treasury Management and Marketing. LaVon is also a member of several groups housed inside the Bank, including the Management Risk Committee, the Management Compliance Committee, and the Fair Lending Committee. In addition, she is the chairperson of two other committees: the Citizens Experience Committee and the Digital Customer Experience Committee.
