Linda is an Executive Vice President and chief marketing, product, and digital officer for City National Bank. Linda is the leader of a team tasked with furthering the brand and digital strategy of the Bank, expressing its value proposition, and providing assistance for business growth. In addition to marketing, customer experience, advertising, and communications, Linda is in charge of digital channels, product development, credit card relationships, and multicultural engagement. Aside from that, she is head of the technical innovation team at the Bank, which is in charge of locating and implementing various fintech solutions for City National and its customers. Before joining City National, she was the global head of design for Citibank’s Global Consumer Bank. Linda is also active outside the Bank and serves on the board of directors for SAG-AFTRA Foundation, Broadway Cares, the Grammy Museum, EvoNexus, and Habitat for Humanity of greater Los Angeles.
