Marisa is the Chief Sustainability Office at Standard Chartered Bank, a position she has held since July 2022. In this new role, Marisa charts the Sustainability Strategy, Sustainability Finance, and Netzero Delivery teams for the Bank. Before, Marisa spent 18 years at Credit Suisse, where she was the CSO and Global Head of the Sustainability Strategy, Advisory, and Finance Group. Marisa also served as one of the Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets for EMEA, and Global Co-Head of the Global Markets Solutions Group, encompassing Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Derivatives Products. Marisa also worked for Merrill Lynch and Kidder Peabody earlier in her career.
