Mary, an independent director for Hunter Industries, Innovative Industrial Properties, sits on the board for several philanthropic organizations and roundtables. Mary also sits on the Board of Directors for Banc of California, chairing the Enterprise Risk Committee, and is a Compensation/Nominating Governance Committee member. Before joining the Banc of California board, Mary spent over two decades with Union Bank of California, which at the time was California’s second-biggest commercial Bank. Among other roles, Mary served as an executive vice president of the Wealth Management Group for all 337 Union Bank branches in California, Washington, and Oregon. In this role, Mary managed $4 billion in loans and deposits, $8 billion in AUM, and $2 billion in brokerage accounts. In addition, Mary was responsible for risk management across all corporate banking business lines of Union Bank, including commercial banking, global treasury management, real estate industries, global capital markets, and wealth markets.
