Mary serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of HomeStreet Bank, where she has worked since 1987. Since joining HomeStreet, Mary has held increasing responsibility for risk management positions, including Compliance Officer, Bank Secrecy Act Officer, and SVP, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Director. In 2016, Mary became the Chief Risk Officer for HomeStreet.
Vincent has six years of experience in regulatory assessment and supervision from her prior roles at several regulatory authorities before joining HomeStreet. In addition, she has served as an officer and finance committee chair for Soroptimists International of Seattle and is a member of the Risk Management Association in Seattle. She graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
