Michele is an EVP Chief Financial Officer at First National Bank Alaska in Anchorage, Alaska. She is the second generation of her family to work in banking, has more than 35 years of expertise in finance and leadership, and is a third-generation banker. Michele is in charge of the Bank’s Property and Finance division, which oversees a broad range of activities such as treasury and securities portfolio management, shareholder relations, facilities, financial reporting, and taxation. Michele has a degree in finance from the University of Washington and is a Pacific Coast Banking School graduate. Before joining First National Bank in 2003, Michele worked at KPMG as an audit manager and as an accounting manager a Hyster Yale Materials Handling Group.
