Nandita, President, and CEO of Bank of the West, spearheads a vision of reimagining banking for a better future. Nandita is one of just 2% of female bank CEOs worldwide. Her executive staff is approximately 40% female, and she believes everyone should be allowed to be themselves at work. Nandita has over 25 years of banking expertise and has held senior leadership roles in retail banking and payments. Previously, Nandita was the Executive Vice President and Head of North American Direct Channels at T.D. Bank. At T.D., Nandita was responsible for fostering innovation in direct and electronic channels to increase digital adoption and give clients a unified banking experience. In addition, she oversaw product innovation and delivery across all retail channels encompassing over 1,300 bank branches from Maine to Florida.
