Rosilyn is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Santander Bank. Before joining Standard, Rosilyn held numerous senior leadership roles with BBVA until it merged with PNC. While at BBVA, Rosilyn was a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Talent and Cultural Executive. Her overall responsibility included providing leadership for staffing, compensation, and benefits; employee engagement and corporate culture; diversity & inclusion; talent development & training; employee satisfaction and retention; payroll administration; workforce planning; corporate premises and services; and compliance with all employment-related legal and governmental regulations. While at BBVA, Rosilyn was the highest-ranking female employee and the first African American to serve on the Banks management committee. Her honors include Women Who Shape the State of Alabama, American Bankers Women to Watch, and Black Enterprise’s Most Powerful Women and Most Powerful Corporate Executives in America.
