Shannon is an EVP Chief Credit Officer with City First Broadway. City First Broadway is the largest black-led Minoriety Deposit Institution Bank in the nation. With over twenty years of experience in key leadership roles, Shannan leverages her experienced based knowledge to guide businesses in the strategic development and delivery of value-driven, user-friendly solutions in the commercial credit and financial services arena. Before joining City First Broadway, Shannan had most recently worked for United Bankshares, leading a team as the SVP Director of Loan Review and overseeing a $20B loan portfolio. Shannan also spent time with United Bankshares as a V.P. Credit Officer. During her banking tenure, Shannan also worked with Congressman Steny Hoyer and Senator Chris Van Hollen to facilitate personal fina seminars for children and adults.
