Sharon is the President of Bank of America’s Small Business and head of Specialty
Banking. More than 3 million small business owners and entrepreneurs rely on her and her extended team for financial and business advice to provide counseling on cash management, business finance, personal loans, investments, and retirement. In her current role, Sharon oversees over 2,000 colleagues. Before, Sharon ran approximately 900 financial center locations in 11 states assisting over 8 million Bank of America clients. Sharon joined the Bank in 1996 after starting her career as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch.
