Sindy is a West Region Market Executive for the Community Development Bank division of Bank of America, managing twelve people throughout the Western United States (California, Texas, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado. The group arranges loan and equity finance for low-income housing and mixed-use projects. Tenants come from various backgrounds, including those with low incomes, families, the elderly, veterans, those with disabilities, and the recently homeless. Sindy has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years, underwriting, originating and managing financial products for everything from affordable multifamily housing and retail shopping centers to hotels and for-sale housing to warehouses and offices to places of worship and social service organizations.
