CEO of Legacy Franchises, Titi Cole, is in charge of Citi’s consumer businesses worldwide and her colleagues in the Middle East and Africa. She also oversees the company’s operations in Asia and Europe. As a member of Citibanamex’s Executive Management Team and a board member of Banco Nacional de México, S.A, she is a critical player in the company’s growth strategy. Titi was formerly the Head of Global Operations and Fraud Prevention and the Chief Client Officer for Personal Banking and Wealth Management before taking on her present position (PBWM). She also served as PBWM’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Champion, leading efforts to boost the number of women and other underrepresented groups in the company’s leadership positions.
